FBKJUNIOR award assigned to IFN-CNR intern Luca Donini

Luca Donini, a 17-year-old student at Liceo Scientifico Galileo Galilei in Trento was awarded on Tuesday 9th October 2014, in the context of the FBKJUNIOR project.

Mr Donini, who was an intern at CNR IFN in Trento this summer, for two weeks, took part in the event in which himself and about 20 other FBK interns of his age were presenting the highlights of the research projects they were working on to the public, in front of a distinguished evaluation committee.

Mr. Donini discussed about "Rare-earth-activated thin films deposited on microspheres by rf-sputtering technique", and he was awarded to take part in a 3-day journey to Genoa to attend the Festival of Science 2014.
