Flexible photonic platforms for the detection of Bacillus cereus in Food production
The project is a collaboration of research groups from different CNR institutes and SME in Italy, and is devoted to develop a new class of optical platforms able to fast detect and selectively recognize Bacillus Cereus. The possibility to transfer the sensors on flexible substrates as the final packaging can help to improve food safety conservation.
